What Is a Fitment Sample Kit?

The Fitment Sample Kit is a single-layer EVA foam sample that is CNC cut according to your boat model.

Unlike the finished flooring kit, the sample is supplied:

• No adhesive backing
• No routed grooves
• No brushed texture
• No logos or custom graphics

Its only purpose is to verify the fit and dimensions before final production.

How It Works

Step 2 – We Manufacture Your Sample

We'll CNC cut a blank EVA sample based on your boat model.

Step 3 – Check the Fit

Step 4 – Final Production

If everything fits correctly, we'll manufacture your custom EVA boat flooring.

If any adjustments are needed, we'll update the template before producing your final flooring kit.
